What to Expect in a Harmonic Egg Experience
- When you arrive for your Harmonic Egg experience, you’ll be welcomed by a Mind and Body Harmonics specialist for a brief, private conversation. This time allows us to understand your current state of well-being and the intentions you’d like to hold for your session. Together, we’ll discuss any personal or physical considerations so that your experience is comfortable and supportive.
- From this conversation, a personalized combination of music, color, and light will be selected to align with your desired outcome.
- You’ll then be guided into one of our Harmonic Egg chambers. Each session is private; you’ll remain fully clothed and will remove metal items such as jewelry, watches, or belts if possible, so that energy can flow freely.
- Inside the Egg, you’ll recline in a zero-gravity chair and simply relax as gentle music and light fill the space for about 40 minutes, followed by 10 minutes of quiet integration. The chamber is ventilated and kept at the same comfortable temperature as the room around it.
- When your session concludes, you’ll meet again briefly with your specialist for reflection and grounding before you continue your day.
- Please allow 90 minutes for your entire visit. Many feel very relaxed upon leaving and choose to avoid work and strenuous exercise.

Each experience is scheduled for approximately 90 minutes, which includes a personal consultation to select the light and sound protocol that best supports your intentions. Packages of Harmonic Egg experiences may be enjoyed anytime within one year of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable and schedules may change. Appointments may be rescheduled through our website or by calling 808-856-0054. To honor the energy and time reserved for you, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed without notice—will be charged the full session fee. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the time we hold for your healing.
Health & Safety Precautions
Mind and Body Harmonics works to ensure the health and safety of all our clients. To this end, Harmonic Egg chair coverings are changed between each client, and common touch points are disinfected. HEPA air filtration systems are also utilized. For questions or concerns, please contact us.
