It's about first getting CLEAR, letting go of what's in the way and then CONNECTING with your dreams while designing a vision that calls to you.

How to Unwind Without Alcohol- Wednesday, May 31, 2023

Please join us for this free event, "How to Unwind without Alcohol" led by Janice Silva. Janice will share with us simple shifts that you can make immediately to release stress and empower you on your wellness journey. Also, enjoy complimentary Adaptogen mocktails! The event takes place from 6-7 pm on Wednesday, May 31st at Mind and Body Harmonics (95 E Lipoa St, Kihei). All participants will receive a coupon for 10% of a Harmonic Egg session!
