After two decades in corporate leadership development, I realized that success without alignment leaves something essential behind. That awareness began a new journey—one devoted to living with purpose, presence, and harmony.
As an ACC Certified Life and Leadership Coach through the International Coaching Federation, I draw upon my background in Psychology and years of guiding high-performing leaders. My approach integrates Core Energy principles, helping people reconnect with balance, clarity, and joy—because the most powerful leadership begins from within.
Over time, my coaching naturally expanded beyond conference rooms. I began supporting individuals and the Maui community in achieving holistic wellness—physically, mentally, and spiritually. We each have the ability to create the life we desire when our energy is aligned.
When I first experienced the Harmonic Egg in 2020, my body recognized what my mind could not yet explain. The shift was immediate and profound. I knew then that my next calling was to bring this remarkable sound-and-light technology to Hawaii.
Today, at Mind and Body Harmonics, two Harmonic Eggs—Alexandra and Isaac—reside in resonance, supporting clients in releasing stress, restoring balance, and reconnecting to their natural state of harmony. Combined with my energetic coaching, each session becomes a gentle invitation for lasting transformation.
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, I made Maui my home in 2012 and instantly knew I was meant to be here. I’m a joyful extrovert who believes that strangers are simply friends I haven’t met yet. My passion is helping others rediscover equilibrium and fulfillment—because self-development isn’t a destination; it’s a lifelong journey meant to be enjoyed.
